This policy explains how Lingo Café uses cookies and similar browser technologies across both of our digital surfaces:
- lingocafe.app — our marketing website
- read.lingocafe.app — our web reader application

2. What cookies are

3.2 Analytics cookies

Google Analytics is used to understand which pages, books, and features are most useful to visitors. It collects technical information including page views, device and browser type, approximate geographic location (country level), referral source, campaign parameters, and interactions with selected links or features. This data is not used to identify you personally.

4. Your consent choices
When you first visit lingocafe.app, a cookie banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. You may:
- Accept — Google Analytics loads and begins collecting usage data
- Decline — no analytics cookies are set; your browsing is not tracked
Your choice is remembered for future visits. Analytics cookies are never loaded before you have made a choice.
